Totally sheer black nylon gown from Chevette. Fitted bodice with ruching across the bust for fit. Black velvet ribbon accents the neckline, straps and around the waist. Little sparkly rhinestones add some glitz. Wide waist panel. Very full sheer skirt. Attached side ties to cinch and wrap the waist.
