AMAZING RUFFLES!
Such a special piece - one is in the costume collection at the Met.
I have come across this style of gown in just about every color combination.
And now this one!
The bodice is made up of fanning pleated ruffles.
Color is a warm caramel and mocha.
Sheer nylon tricot.
Sheer top layer with a more opaque lining.
Double spaghetti straps.
Waist ties attach at the front waist and wrap around the waist.
Skirt is sheer and cut full and floaty.
Excellent condition. Some pics to the nylon; Hem on the chiffon is purposely unfinished and rolls naturally.
