Amazingly whisper weight nylon. Double layer which makes it not quite as sheer as a single layer. Over the head style. Marabou feathers trim the capped sleeves and pom poms at the end of the front tie. Full flared skirt. Very Lucie Ann. Fun piece for whatever you want to wear it for.
