Amazing designer Jenny Packham. Fabric is barely there and light and flowy. Fully lined in a silk bias cut liner. No content labels but believe it is silk. Outer layer is adorned with rows and sequins that radiate diagonally. Gorgeous beaded medallion at the waist. Side zipper.
Excellent condition. Last pic shows minor discolor at the one underarm.
