Bodice is made of a rich black velvet, while the skirt is a rustling striped taffeta. Fitted bodice with dropped waist and back zipper. Wide neckline accented with the most amazing vibrant feathers. Wear off shoulder or on. Full gathered skirt. Belt loops but no belt. We added the ribbon.
