Fabric is heavy, quilted and shimmering velvet, probably rayon. Color is inky black. Double breasted with hook at the waist. Attached ties to cinch. Shawl lapel collar. Open from the waist down. Long sleeves with turn up cuffs. One hip pocket. Full skirt.
Excellent good condition. one side of the inside tie is missing.
