Fabric is heavy, quilted and shimmering rayon. Color is the deepest midnight navy blue. Almost appears black. Red piping. Double breasted button loop inside with button and loop outside. Shawl lapel collar. Open from the waist down. Long sleeves with turn up cuffs. Side seam pockets. Full skirt. She's just a gem!
