Fabric is a sturdy but fluid shimmering velvet, probably rayon. Color is inky black. Single breasted with button front. Bodice is cut in a dolman style with no sleeve seams. Black velvet sash. Wide open lace collar. Long sleeves with turn up cuffs in the same heavy lace. Side seam pockets. Full skirt.
Excellent condition. Minor crush.
