Heavy construction.
Fabric is medium weight, almost a gabardine feel.

Not sure if it is a coat or a dress. Either I guess.
Beaded shawl lapel and sleeves.
Double breasted with big buttons and snaps.
I am feeling this would have been a dress because of how securely it closes.
Excellent condition.

17 across the shoulders - shoulder pads but not huge ones.
