Fabric is a sturdy eyelet and sheer voile. Color is an off white.
Fitted bodice with not quite empire waist, but a bit raised. High neck with illusion yoke. Cute little ribbon woven through the eyelet. Back zipper. Gathered skirt is full and floaty with two tier ruffles at the bottom. Sleeves are elbow length with same flutter ruffles.
