So fun and ready for a picnic! Fabric is a sturdy, swishy poly cotton blend voile. Color is a true red and white stripe and polka dot. Bodice is fitted to natural waist with ruffle around the neckline and halter straps. Back zipper. Skirt is gathered and tiered all around and cut full. Fully lined. Feels like a summer day.
