Fabric is a whisper weight cotton poly blend, but lots of it. Edwardian feel. Color is snowy white. Fitted bodice with deep scoop neckline. LOVE the sleeves. Puffed with open work and ruffles, button cuff. Backless with a faux pearl to close at the neck. Elastic waist = over the head style. Midi length. Fully lined. Skirt is full circle cut with two layers. Lining layer is not an acetate but more cotton. Uneven hem. We added a wide belt which would probably have been worn with this dress.
