Fabric is sheer nylon. Color is snowy white. All over micro pleating. Fitted bodice with an unusual design. Ruched and full over one shoulder while the other shoulder is a single strap of lace. Attached appliques in the front hold the extra long ribbon that can wrap the wrap. Skirt is super full with lots of movement.
