Straight out of 1950! Fur reached it's peak of popularity in that era, serving as a key marker of glamour, luxury, and social status for women. While full-length coats were in style, the era also saw the rise of more affordable, stylish alternatives like fur-trimmed collars, and stoles. Beyond fashion, fur provided necessary warmth, as centrally heated spaces and vehicles were less common than today.
