Fabric not quite so sheer as some. Almost a crepey feel. Color is the softest powder blue. Bodice is your iconic 1940s gathering under the bust with side ties. Pretty satin trim and embroidery at neckline. Skirt flares out and has a wide embroidered scalloped hem.
Excellent condition. There is a pull on the skirt but it is not a hole.
