Top layer of the dress is a sheer lace / net covered with the lux black satin ribbon applied in a soutache style. The twisted shiny satin ribbon glistens in the light. So pretty.
Fully lined.
Strapless with a back zipper and walking slit.
Matching satin ribbon belt with bow accent in front. Hooks and snaps under the bow.
