Fabric is pure silk crepe.
Color is a classic inky black.
I am guessing on age here. i have had other of these that clearly had a 1950s style. This one has more of a 20s style.
Cut in a shift, with just 2 pieces of fabric.
The bodice is loose fitting with deep V neck and arm holes.
Amazing floral hand embroidery.
Finished with french seams.
Skirt is straight cut, slightly flared with thigh high side slits,
Scalloped hemline is also embroidered.
This gorgeous nightdress is so flattering with flapper vibes.
Excellent Condition.
