Amazing 1970s gown in that incredible pleated plisse that was so popular at the time.
Fabric has a gorgeous drape.
Bodice is constructed in two layers - an acetate liner with the outer layer is the plisse with a bit of a blouson style.
Full wrap front is open to the waist. There is a snap at the bust but I left it open.
Dress closes with a series of hooks and snaps.
Skirt is cut in a tulip hem and finished with a lettuce effect.
Skirt is unlined.
Belt loops but no belt. We added a ribbon.
Just stunning.

Condition: excellent - one small repair that gets lost in the pleats and under the overlap.
