Amazing vintage caftan from one of my favorite labels,
Malouf Perfect Negligee, and sold at the highly sought after I. Magnin.
Fabric is a sturdy weight, but plush, what feels like, cotton velvet.
Color is a deep and rich royal purple. Think queenly purple.
Shimmering gold metallic cord is used for the embroidery and accented by sparkling faceted rhinestones.
Not as heavy and thick as some caftans of the same look.
Front closes with a long zipper.
Cut in a flared a-line.
Long straight sleeves with cord and rhinestone accents there as well.
Fully lined in a sheer organza.
Excellent condition.
