Front is adorned with beads and sequins.
Attached at the shoulders is a pleated wide shawl like collar that rests off the shoulders.
Full gathered skirt.
Attached net slip and lining.
Excellent condition. Cleaned and ready to go. Net slip peaks out at the bottom which may or may not be desirable. Easy enough to fix.
