Then there is fabric that weaves through the halter straps that form the puffed sleeves.
It is truly unique.

Wide waist with ruching creates a shelf bust.
Puffed sleeves with elastic.
Super full floaty skirt.
This dress reminds me of the dress that Marily Monroe wore in Seven Year Itch - but with sleeves!
