Fabric is a sheer and floaty chiffon (I'm sure polyester).
Color is a powdery teal with coordinating blue and cream on the sleeves.
Fitted bodice with criss cross overlapping front. There is a snap at the bust for modesty or remove the snap for an open deeper V neck.
Extra long matching sash can be worn wrapped around the waist or simply tied at the side.
Back zipper.
Tiered and layered sheer sleeves in coordinating colors are trimmed with beading.
Skirt is very full and sheer with an acetate lining.
Very chic.

Excellent condition.
