FRANK USHER 1980s Blue / Purple ruched mummy Party Dress
Iconic 1980s party dress.
Color story is a blue sheer outer fabric with a purple liner.
Ruched torso from the strapless top to the top of the thighs.
Bodice has a fitted liner with ruched outer layer.
Back zipper.
At the end of the torso, starts a 4 layer flowing circle high low skirt.
Starts at midi length and then trails to full length in back.
And who doesn't like a great big butt bow and flower!
Such a fun dress.
