Fabric in the skirt is a slinky black jersey knit.
Ruffle is an organza feel fabric.
Bodice is covered all around with shimmering black sequins.

Fitted smooth through the torso with a flared mermaid bottom.
Over the top neckline with huge jewel tone ruffles that frames your face.
