Iconic styling in this one of a kind gown.
I would guess 90s - Y2K based on materials.

Fitted bodice with all over lace overlay with beads and sparkling small rhinestones.
Bodice is more of a blush in contrast with the white of the tulle.
Bodice is fully boned all around.
Strapless with a sweetheart neckline.
Back zipper.
Skirt is heavily gathered and consists of FIVE layers of floaty tulle with a lining.
SO DREAMY!
