Sturdy and soft cotton with a woven in scalloped texture giving it an almost brushed feel.
Black background with off white print of abstract flowers.
Fitted bodice with V neckline and insane ruffles.
Ruffles are of an off white organza type fabric with a black trim.
Sleeveless.
Back zipper.
Full flared skirt.
Excellent condition. Minor fade on the shoulders partially hidden by the ruffles, See last pic.
