Unbelievable gown from Carlota Alfaro, Haute Designer from Puerto Rico.
These dresses are so impeccably made, even 40 years later I cannot find any bead loss.
Vanilla background with pink beads.
Base layer is a jersey knit with a mesh overlay that holds all the beading.
Full gathered taffeta mermaid bottom with net shaper.
Fitted through the torso to the knees.
Long sheer sleeves with same gorgeous beading.
Illusion top with beading at the neckline.
Back has sheer top with zipper to the waist and button and loop closure. All buttons are fine, just didnt want to button them all.
HEAVY dress!
