Love the princess cut on 1940s jackets.
This one is from the infamous (and one of my favorite's) Bonwit Teller.
Fabric is a lush black velvet.
Pretty soutache and beads accent the collar and cuffs.
Nipped waist with structured bottom peplum.
Very Lilli Ann, but sadly no label. Only the boutique label remains.
No pockets but flaps accent both sides of the peplum giving it even more structure.
Button front.
Fully lined.

Excellent condition. Some discoloration to the inside lining at the armpit. See last pic.
