Iconic Old Hollywood glam!
Fabric is sturdy and shimmering ivory colored silk in a feather pattern with just the right amount of shimmer added by the golden metallic accents to the feathers. 
There are no content labels but fabric has silk characteristics.
B. Cohen was known for loungewear but this little beauty deserves to be seen!
Fitted bodice with button front.
Skirt is pleated all around with metal zipper from the waist down to the knees.
Cut full and floaty and a bit longer in back.
So pretty.

Excellent condition. One fine repair on the skirt that gets lost inside a pleat.
