Fitted bodice is made of a lush black velvet.
Sweetheart neckline and back zipper.
Interior waist band.
Huge puffed sleeves in a silk mocha stripe end in a thin cuff with button.
Skirt is pleated all around and uses the same color palette but in a check pattern.
The sheen on the silk reflects the light.
