Fitted bodice with ruffle collar can be worn on or off the shoulders.
Sits at natural waist.
Belt loops but no belt. We added the ribbon.
Back zipper.
Skirt is heavily gathered at the waist and cut flared.
3 layers of fabric make up the dress; heavy nude colored lining, sheer black organza, then the top netting with stitched diagonal lines and zig zag rows of sequins.
Truly lovely.
Excellent condition.
