No labels on this beauty but really well made.
Outer layer is made up of a sheer white chiffon with silver sequin bands.
Silver soutache creates the outline of roses.
Second layer is a matching chiffon.
Finally the third layer is a sturdy crepe type double knit lining.
Fitted bodice with empire waist.
Metal zipper in back.
Skirt is gathered and full.
Excellent condition. Minor hem soil.
