Ruching down each side with smooth center.
Lace accents down the front and at the neckline.
Short ruched sleeves.
Full button and loop back. No zipper.
The skirt is the star of the show.
Gathered full and and flowing.
Two layers of chiffon, one of netting, plus the liner.
Bustles up with a series of ties.
Excellent condition. We haven't cleaned her but she is fresh out of her preservation box. I couldn't find any issues but I'm sure you will want her steamed.
