Fabric is nylon. Totally sheer.
Color is a deep lipstick red.
Bodice is constructed with a bralette top with bands of ruffles.
Wide inset waist with more ruffles.
Triple spaghetti straps.
Flowing twirling skirt with the same fabulous bands of ruffles all around.
Brand label has been cut out but giving me serious Rogers vibes.
Excellent condition. Cleaned.
