Fabric is a luxurious heavy satin that drapes, moves and shimmers in the light.
Fitted bodice with side metal zipper.
Ruffle detail at neckline.
Thin ribbon straps - I think the straps should be longer, but would have to be replaced to lengthen, or make it a halter.
Waltz style skirt has yards and yards of fabric in a full circle. Can't you just see her twirling around the floor.
